Colegio San José continues to bet on the Active methodologies being Cooperative Learning (CA) The great protagonist
We return to Resume activity in the different stages, with groupings in heterogeneous groups, establishing a framework of cooperative norms and distributing roles and functions focused on developing a coordinated and joint work plan.
This 2022-2023 academic year, we go one step further and implement the Project-Based Learning (PBL) based on the new Education Law (LOMLOE). It is a new challenge that we face with dedication where the student is the protagonist of his own learning, a significant and integral learning where the objectives proposed by each individual are achieved.
Cooperative Learning promotes positive interdependence, equitable participation of group members and individual responsibility.
We conceive cooperation in the classroom as something more than group work and we believe in the benefits of joint and coordinated work, to solve tasks and deepen learning.
We know the Advantages that this methodology gives us, contributing to cognitive development and favoring social interactions reinforcing bonds.
Cooperative Learning has become a Great resource for our school Responding to the needs of our multicultural environment and respecting the particularities of each of our students.
In this way we intend Increase motivation towards learning, commitment and persistence in the task, while transmitting values improving social skills, autonomy and self-esteem essential in our day to day.
The San José School is a private concerted center of Infant, Primary and Compulsory Secondary Education that is located in the district of Tetuán of Madrid.
