ED. CHILDISH

STARTING POINT

The Early Childhood Education stage is a training section that will be an essential reference for the development of the student. In it, children will progressively identify themselves as individuals, acquire the necessary tools to act in their immediate environment, progressively adjust the image of themselves and expand relationships with peers, increasingly significant and important. There will be a very important advance in the domain of oral language, as well as in the function of regulation and planning of the activity itself.

PURPOSES

1. Enhance and develop to the maximum of the capacities respecting, at all times, the diversity and the possibilities of the different students.
2. Understanding social and cultural inequalities.
3. Preparation for a good follow-up of compulsory schooling.

ENGLISH FROM THE FIRST MOMENT

The teaching of the foreign language will begin in the first year of the second cycle of Early Childhood Education. With the help of the specialist teacher and the native conversation assistant, we try to strengthen the learning of English from the beginning of the child's school stage.

To achieve all this, children need a warm environment, in which they can unfold their possibilities and be open to all the resources and learning offered to them. In turn, this environment must satisfy the desire to know and discover.

OUR METHODOLOGY

We use a mainly playful methodology based on the individual and personal characteristics of each student, from a globalizing perspective that understands that the activities put into play multiple mechanisms, affective, cognitive, manipulative ... that have to be integrated within the same process. All this through the experimentation of the student himself and later by the interaction of this with the environment. Thanks to this type of activities, it contributes to the acquisition of greater autonomy, a more positive self-image, more significant learning and habits and patterns of behavior adapted to the characteristics of the social environment.
